Overall I was very pleased with the process of purchasing the car. Purchasing a vehicle is not something that I enjoy doing but Ricardo made the whole process enjoyable! My only disappointment is that the jack is missing a piece, there is a blown speaker and I need to pickup another fob, to the tune of $400. I do really like the car and was happy with the condition of it (clean and full gas tank) when I picked it up. I will let family and friends know that your dealership is highly recommended by me.

A story of failure and redemption. I had my 2015 E550 in on more than two occasions for a suspension failure. Unfortunately, none of the repairs solved my problem. The last time the failure occurred, I called the dealership to speak with the service departments service reps. I left 2 voicemails. One on the general service department voicemail and another with my vehicles service representative, who I had been working with the entire time. I did not receive a return call. After waiting an additional 24 hours with no reply, I sent an email to Troy Delowsky (Fixed Operations Manager).
