Omakase (Japanese: お任せ, Hepburn: o-makase) is a Japanese phrase, used when ordering food in restaurants, that means ‘I’ll leave it up to you’ (from Japanese ‘to entrust’ (任せる, makaseru)).

The Omakase Room was built as a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley and Vinh Tran of Sushi by Vinh to showcase the culinary art of sushi, and represent the finest in luxury automotive. It is located in the basement of Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley, as a part of the AMG Lounge; a space dedicated to immersing oneself in the culture and lifestyle of Mercedes-Benz.

Designed with Lauren Kyle of Kyle & CO Designs, the Omakase Room represents a beautiful, modern take on traditional Japanese styling and simplistic culinary need while the rest of the AMG Lounge takes on a modern cigar room persona, featuring library walls, velvet couches and the piece de resistance; the F1 Simulator.

Dare to dream about a life of the best or nothing, while entertaining in one of the city’s most unique and exclusive spaces.
